This hotel falls far short of a 1-star rating; in reality, one star would be too generous for this trash hotel with its arrogant staff! The bed provided was very uncomfortably small for two people, and the room itself was very old and small too, with dirty walls and a WC that was far from clean, you can't move inside the romm. Despite my reservation stating a double bed with a garden view and breakfast included, there was no garden view, no banio, or balcony/terrace as promised. The photos on the website do not accurately represent the reality of this kind ugly hotel. The desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Despite explaining that the room did not match what was advertised on the website or in my reservation, the staff member demanded more money to change rooms, which I found to be absurd and unreasonable. They can help and many hotel rooms were empty. While other staff members other than the desk were better, but communication was hindered by their lack of English. Furthermore, noise levels were excessive, with disturbances both late at night and early in the morning. The elevator also did not function properly during my stay. Breakfast food consists of vegetables and cheese. It is not changed for more than a week. It is stored and taken out daily. No one can eat it. Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others. I told him I will write the truth and review he didn't listen. هذا الفندق القذر بعيد جداً من كونه فندق اربع نجوم ، نفسه العامل بالفندق قال عنه انه فندق بعيد عن كونه اربع او ثلاث نجوم ، الفندق قذر جداً ، والشخص العامل بالاستقبال غير مؤدب وغير لطيف وقذر بالتعامل ، لما رأينا الغرفة المرعبة ، عدت له وقلت له هذا ليس الحجز ولا يشبه الصور ، قال يرد مال حتى يبدل الغرفة قلت له اين البانيو ، اين الحديقة ، ان الغرفة صغيرة مثل القفص ولا تشبه الصور ، قال اتصل بموقع الحجز ، هذه ليست مشكلتي ليس هذا فحسب العاملين الاخرين بالفندق لا يجيدون تكلم جملة واحدة بالانجليزية ، لكنهم افضل حالاً من موظف الاستقبال الاحمق. بالمساء وفي الصباح تسمع الضوضاء ، لا يمكنك النوم بسبب الاصوات وغلق الابواب ، اما طعام الافطار فهو لا يصلح للاكل ، نفس الخضار والاجبان يتم اخراجها كل يوم واعادتها ، الشيء الوحيد الذي يبدل هو البيض. فندق تعيس وسيئ الى ابعد الحدود ، لا يصلح الا ان يكون زريبة لتربية الحمير والمواشيء وعامل الاستقبال غير المؤدب

really excellent as three star Hotel .. very clean and good furniture more the blankets was white and washable and I love it enough warm with good pressure water was notice able I love it.. big windows and excellent natural light.. kind staffs. Spicially mr regipt manager Very kind hospitality manner with nice smile all the time ... The breakfast really more than 3 star hotel with warm and different kinds of nice snacks.. Location was great near Port and historical just by walking our bed was so small in first day but they change our room after some days without any more charge .. more than every thing the rooms furniture are new and clean .. but week point there wasn't hank,t water for toilets and some times WiFi was weak and we haven't any antenna ... but as whole I recommend that and thanks for everything..... and I will come back without any hesitate.. and I hope next time water for toilets too ..

Sirkeci Park Hotel has an excellent location very close to Gülhane parkon a relatively quiet side street and almost midway between Sirkeci station together with Eminönü boat terminals and Sultanahmet square. Rooms are relatively small but big enough, the bathrooms could be bigger, the breakfast is okay. But the thing that makes this hotel amazing, besides the excellent location, is the the very welcoming service and the most fantastic people who work there. So, for my next trip to Istanbul I will definitely try to book a room there.

We stayed here a night, 18-19.06. 2022,in our way back from Antalya. The single good point is that the hotel is very close to the old town, as we been many times in Istanbul. In rest, the hotel is a joke. First we make the appointment on Expedia, because in Turkey, Booking is not working. It said very clear that we have PARKING AT THE HOTEL. When we arrived , of course all the parking spots(5 at number) was full. The receptionist said that is not his problem that all the parking spots are full ;). After the "great" welcoming, the room was dirty. Not dirty, it was VERY dirty!(im not talking about the size of the room bcuse all the rooms from Istanbul are like that-small-, so that wasnt a problem for us, as we ve knew what to expect) Bad smell, joke cleaning, we couldnt eat the breakfast as it was smelling so bad in the room the breakfast is served. From someone that been so many times in Istanbul, and never saw such a bad hotel, i tell you that noone should ever come here! P. S. DONT MAKE APPOINTMENTS FROM EXPEDIA. THEY SHOW YOU THE PRICE IN DOLLARS, AND WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL, THE SAME MONEY THEY TAKE FROM YOU IN EUROS. (it showed us that we have to pay 42 dollars, and when we areived we payed 42 euros)
